RBI is currently working with Curaleaf (one of the nations largest cannabis companies) on a cultivation and processing facility in Johnstown, Ohio. RBI also completed a cannabis dispensary project in 2019 for Verano, also a large cannabis company, in Newark, Ohio. RBI is working as the Owners Representative on a three-story building in Bexley, Ohio. The first two floors will be anchored by the Ohio State Bank.
